 <note>Human resources are the most important assets that must always be maintained in quality, which needs to be done well, directed, and planned, so that companies can compete in a healthy manner with other companies, given the increasingly fierce competition between companies. Therefore, the support from all parties is needed. This study aims to analyze the effect of incentives, and Job Training, on&#13;
Employee Productivity and Motivation as existing intervening variables PT. Vuteq Indonesia in Bekasi. Data collection methods used in this study are using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population of this study were 341 employees of the company, with the Sloving formula obtained 184 people needed and, with the Random Sampling technique (random) in getting the names of the respondents who&#13;
used the results of filling out the questionnaire. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a link between Independent Variables and Dependent variables with motivational variables as intervening variables.</note>
