 <note>The problem in this research is the high level of competition that occurred in the&#13;
periodic maintenance and general repair of vehicles in Bekasi and surrounding areas. The&#13;
purpose of this study is to determine the influence of quality, facilities and price on customer&#13;
satisfaction at workshop Indomobil Nissan Datsun Harapan Indah partially and simultaneously.&#13;
The variables in this study are Quality of Service (X1), Facilities (X2), Price (X3), and Customer&#13;
Satisfaction (Y). Research Methods data collection used is a questionnaire with the number of&#13;
respondents as many as 150 people. Data analysis method used is t test and F test using SPSS&#13;
22. Based on partial test (t test) conducted, service quality significantly influence to customer&#13;
satisfaction, facility influence to customer satisfaction, price influence to customer satisfaction.&#13;
Based on the simultaneous test (F test) shows that the quality of services, facilities and prices&#13;
together affect the customer satisfaction</note>
