 <note>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen petshop RUMAHKUCING. Data diambil dari kuesioner yang telah disebar ke beberapa responden. Responden sebanyak 100 orang konsumen yang ditentukan berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan metode kausal.</note>
