 <note>Penelitian dilaksanakan di PT Wefix Solusindo Persada tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Counterproductive Work Behavior dan Self Control terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 sempel dengan teknik penentuan jumlah sampel model sensus. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Counterproductive Work Behavior dan Self Control berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wefix Solusindo Persada. Secara parsial Organizational Citizenship Behavior tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wefix Solusindo Persada, sedangkan Counterproductive Work Behavior dan Self Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Wefix Solusindo Persada.</note>
