 <note>Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel penelitian sebesar 83 sampel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan pelatihan secara signifikan terhadap tingkat employee engagement di PT. Framas Indonesia. Hasil uji F (ANOVA Test), nilai F hitung (72,212) &gt; F tabel (2,61). Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, pelatihan terhadap employee engagement secara simultan atau bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh dan hubungan yang signifikan terhadap employee engagement.&#13;
Budaya organisasi merupakan variabel yang sangat mempengaruhi sebesar 0,504 terhadap tingkat employee engagement di PT. Framas indonesia.</note>
