 <note>This study in to was conducted at PT. Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park. The&#13;
aim was to determine the effect of Team Cooperation and Communication on&#13;
Employee Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The sample&#13;
in this study consisted of 78 employees of PT. Taman Industri Indonesia Morowali.&#13;
The analytical tool used was path analysis using SPSS software versions 22 and 30.&#13;
The results of the hypothesis testing in Path Substructure 1 indicated that Team&#13;
Cooperation and Communication had a direct, positive, and significant effect on&#13;
Motivation. The results of the hypothesis testing in Path Substructure 2 indicated&#13;
that Team Cooperation and Communication had a direct, positive, and significant&#13;
effect on Employee Performance. Based on the beta coefficient, Team Cooperation&#13;
and Communication had an indirect, positive, and significant effect on Employee&#13;
Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable.</note>
