 <note>This study aims to examine the influence of work environment, compensation, and&#13;
competence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening&#13;
variable at PT. Indonesia Epson Industry. This research design uses a quantitative&#13;
causal approach. The sample of this study was 50 employees of PT. Indonesia&#13;
Epson Industry. Using the path analysis test tool in the SPSS Version 27&#13;
application. The results of the substructure path analysis study 1 work environment,&#13;
compensation, and competence have a direct and significant effect on work&#13;
motivation. The results of the substructure path analysis study 2 work environment,&#13;
compensation, competence, and work motivation have a direct and significant effect&#13;
on employee performance and based on the results of the beta coefficient&#13;
calculation work environment, compensation, and compensation have an indirect&#13;
and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an&#13;
intervening variable.</note>
