 <note>This research aims to determine the direct influence of leadership style and&#13;
work environment on employee performance through work motivation as an&#13;
intervening variable at the Kebayoran Lama District Health Center. This research&#13;
design uses a quantitative causal method by distributing questionnaires. The&#13;
sample in this study consisted of 64 civil servants at the Kebayoran Lama District&#13;
Health Center. This research uses a path analysis test tool with the SPSS version&#13;
26 application. The results of the research state that leadership style has no direct&#13;
effect on work motivation. The work environment has a direct effect on work&#13;
motivation. Leadership style has a direct effect on employee performance. The work&#13;
environment does not have a direct effect on employee performance. Work&#13;
motivation has a direct effect on employee performance. Leadership style does not&#13;
have a direct effect on employee performance through work motivation. The work&#13;
environment does not have a direct effect on employee performance through work&#13;
motivation.</note>
