The population of this study were 341 employees of the company, with the Sloving formula obtained 184 people needed and, with the Random Sampling technique (random) in getting the names of the respondents who
used the results of filling out the questionnaire. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a link between Independent Variables and Dependent variables with motivational variables as intervening variables.
