PENGARUH HARGA, PROMOSI, DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN (STUDI KASUS: INDOMARET KECAMATAN RAWA LUMBU BEKASI)
This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and service quality on purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is descriptive method verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this study were people who had bought in Minimarket Rawalumbu District Bekasi and a sample of 100 respondents who were determined by accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. The data collected is processed by the method of analysis, namely validation test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant effect on service quality, price, promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Indomaret Minimarket, Rawalumbu District, Bekasi.
