PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK,HARGA,DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUASAAN KONSUMEN PADA PT EDOTAMA ESA PRINTING BEKASI

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion
variables on consumer satisfaction partially or simultaneously on purchases at PT Edotama
Esa Printing Bekasi. And using the population or sample in conducting this research is for the
satisfaction of consumers in order to be able to do random sampling, the data collection
method used for this research is for the observation method and questionnaire data. And
doing the type of data used in this study is primary data. And on the analysis of the data
methods in this study, namely conducting validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive analysis,
multiple linear regression, classic assumption tests and testing hypotheses. Based on the
criteria contained in the researchers can be determined sample data that has been used as
many as 100 questionnaires, from the results of simultaneous testing can prove that the
variables of product quality, price and promotion as a whole affect the consumer satisfaction
at Pt Edotama Esa Printing Bekasi
