This study in to was conducted at PT. Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park. The
aim was to determine the effect of Team Cooperation and Communication on
Employee Performance through Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The sample
in this study consisted of 78 employees of PT. Taman Industri Indonesia Morowali.
The analytical tool used was path analysis using SPSS software versions 22 and 30.
The results of the hypothesis testing in Path Substructure 1 indicated that Team
Cooperation and Communication had a direct, positive, and significant effect on
Motivation. The results of the hypothesis testing in Path Substructure 2 indicated
that Team Cooperation and Communication had a direct, positive, and significant
effect on Employee Performance. Based on the beta coefficient, Team Cooperation
and Communication had an indirect, positive, and significant effect on Employee
Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable.
