This study aims to analyze the influence of Liquidity, Activity, and Profitability on
profit growth in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. The research method used was quantitat ive
with a multiple linear regression approach. The data used was secondary data in the
form of the annual financial reports of the companies serving as the research sample.
The results showed that Liquidity had no significant effect on profit growth.
Meanwhile, Activity was shown to have a significant effect on profit growth, indicat ing
that the effective use of assets to increase sales can drive increased company profits.
Furthermore, Profitability also significantly influenced profit growth, indicating that
the more optimally a company managed its assets to generate net profit, the greater the
profit growth achieved. Thus, it can be concluded that the primary factor influenc ing
profit growth in telecommunications companies during this study period was the
company's ability to manage assets to increase sales and net profit.
