PERAN MOTIVASI KERJA MEMEDIASI PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KOMPENSASI, DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. INDONESIA EPSON INDUSTRY
This study aims to examine the influence of work environment, compensation, and
competence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening
variable at PT. Indonesia Epson Industry. This research design uses a quantitative
causal approach. The sample of this study was 50 employees of PT. Indonesia
Epson Industry. Using the path analysis test tool in the SPSS Version 27
application. The results of the substructure path analysis study 1 work environment,
compensation, and competence have a direct and significant effect on work
motivation. The results of the substructure path analysis study 2 work environment,
compensation, competence, and work motivation have a direct and significant effect
on employee performance and based on the results of the beta coefficient
calculation work environment, compensation, and compensation have an indirect
and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an
intervening variable.
