The problem addressed in this study arises from the need of PT Avi Medikal
Indonesia to better understand sales patterns in order to formulate more accurate
business strategies. The purpose of this research is to analyze and visualize sales
data using the Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) approach to support faster, datadriven
decision-making. The proposed solution involves applying EDA methods
through the Python programming language and presenting the analysis results
using Looker Studio. The research process includes data cleaning (removing
duplicates, handling missing values and outliers), data type conversion, descriptive
statistical analysis, outlier detection, and the calculation of the Average Inter
Purchase Time (AIT) for each customer. The final output is presented in the form
of an interactive dashboard that displays sales trends, regional distribution, and
customer purchasing behavior, which has proven effective in helping management
to better understand business conditions and make more targeted decisions.
