PT. Munja Utama Indonesia is a company engaged in [adjust company’s field] that faces challenges in inventory control, such as difficulty in determining the optimal order quantity, inaccurate stock data, and delays in procurement. This study aims to design a web-based inventory control system by applying the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to determine the economic order quantity and the Reorder Point (ROP) method to determine the reorder point. The research method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system design was carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), while testing was performed using the black box testing method. The results show that the system can help the company optimize order quantities, reduce the risk of stockouts, and accelerate procurement decision-making. Therefore, inventory management becomes more effective, efficient, and integrated.
