PENGARUH HASHTAG #KaburAjaDulu TERHADAP PEMBENTUKAN OPINI PUBLIK DI X (Survei Pada Karyawan di PT. Brothersindo Saudara Sejati)
The widespread use of social media platform X as a digital public space
has enabled users to express their opinions on social and political issues. The
hashtag #KaburAjaDulu emerged as a form of expression, particularly among the
younger generation, reflecting their concerns about Indonesia’s current conditions.
This study applies Social Judgement Theory to explain how individuals
respond to messages based on personal involvement, focusing on the concepts of
communication, social media, hashtags, and public opinion.
The research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach,
collecting data through questionnaires distributed to 134 employees at PT.
Brothersindo Saudara Sejati using accidental sampling.
The results show a significant influence of the hashtag #KaburAjaDulu on
public opinion formation on X, with a coefficient of determination of 71.1%.
The study concludes that hashtags are effective tools in shaping public opinion.
Therefore, the public must enhance digital literacy and critical thinking, while the government is encouraged to be more responsive to public aspirations expressed through social media.
