PERAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI MEMEDIASI SISTEM KONTRAK KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BUMI KARANG PICUNG GEDUNG GPO TVRI
This research aims to determine the direct influence of leadership style and
work environment on employee performance through work motivation as an
intervening variable at the Kebayoran Lama District Health Center. This research
design uses a quantitative causal method by distributing questionnaires. The
sample in this study consisted of 64 civil servants at the Kebayoran Lama District
Health Center. This research uses a path analysis test tool with the SPSS version
26 application. The results of the research state that leadership style has no direct
effect on work motivation. The work environment has a direct effect on work
motivation. Leadership style has a direct effect on employee performance. The work
environment does not have a direct effect on employee performance. Work
motivation has a direct effect on employee performance. Leadership style does not
have a direct effect on employee performance through work motivation. The work
environment does not have a direct effect on employee performance through work
motivation.
