KAMPANYE PUBLIC RELATIONS PT.SEMUA MAHIR TEKNOLOGI DALAM MEMBANGUN CITRA MELALUI WEBSITE CODING STUDIO
This research is motivated by the growing importance of digital
communication in shaping corporate image. In the era of technological
transformation, companies are required to present accurate, engaging, and
consistent information to the public.
This study uses corporate image theory to examine how PT Semua Mahir
Teknologi’s Public Relations campaign through the Coding Studio website builds
a positive image. The theory explains that image is the public’s perception of the
company’s identity and reputation.
This study employed a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected
through observations of website and social media content, interviews with
relevant parties, and documentation from supporting sources.
The results show that the “Semua Bisa #MahirTeknologi” campaign
through the website and social media successfully increased brand recognition
and built a positive image among students and young professionals. Collaboration
with educational partners strengthened credibility, while social media
interactions enhanced audience engagement. Evaluation was carried out through
surveys and digital traffic analysis to maintain and improve the company’s image.
In conclusion, the PR campaign of Coding Studio through its website
successfully built a positive corporate image. The strategy combining visual
identity, partnerships, educational content, and digital evaluation effectively
strengthened Coding Studio’s position as a credible technology education
platform. This research is expected to contribute academically and serve as a
practical reference for organizations seeking to leverage digital media to build
their corporate image.
