ANALISIS PENGARUH KUALITAS JASA, FASILITAS, DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PADA WORKSHOP PT INDOMOBIL NISSAN DATSUN HARAPAN INDAH
The problem in this research is the high level of competition that occurred in the
periodic maintenance and general repair of vehicles in Bekasi and surrounding areas. The
purpose of this study is to determine the influence of quality, facilities and price on customer
satisfaction at workshop Indomobil Nissan Datsun Harapan Indah partially and simultaneously.
The variables in this study are Quality of Service (X1), Facilities (X2), Price (X3), and Customer
Satisfaction (Y). Research Methods data collection used is a questionnaire with the number of
respondents as many as 150 people. Data analysis method used is t test and F test using SPSS
22. Based on partial test (t test) conducted, service quality significantly influence to customer
satisfaction, facility influence to customer satisfaction, price influence to customer satisfaction.
Based on the simultaneous test (F test) shows that the quality of services, facilities and prices
together affect the customer satisfaction
