The study was aimed to know influence of leadership, promotion, and work environment to employee performance. This type or research was quantititiive research. The number of employee were 64 people.
The analysis technique using multiple linear regression. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from the questionnaire.
These results indicate that partial: (1) variable leadership have a significant effect on employee performance is with a significance level of
