Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kepuasaan Pasien di Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita

This research was conducted at the Harapan Kita Slipi Heart and Vascular Hospital in West Jakarta. The time of the study was carried out over a period of 2 months, namely April 1, 2019 to May 30, 2019 with the aim to determine the effect of price, quality of service and facilities on patient satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 60 patients who were inpatients at the Harapan Kita Slipi West Jakarta Heart and Vascular Hospital. This type of research is a causal test in which to determine the relationship or influence between one even more independent variables on the dependent variable. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of data management using SPSS software.
